My story is probably like most....Type 2 diabetic and all that other crap that comes in tow. I have a huge family history of diabetes and I also have PCOS....I have been married for 11 years and no kids yet. So as you can see this surgery will give me the tool I need to gain my life back after taking multiple insulin shots a day and 8 pills a day for the past 11 years......I will be sleeved on December 8, 2011

After my paper work was submitted I was approved in less that 5 days.....giving all praises to the man above!♥
