  1. I too am an unjury fan. I love it. They have a chicken Soup flavor that is really good and helped me through my liquid stage. The unflavored mixes well and has very little aftertaste. Im having some in my coffee as we "speak". Corinna
  2. I weigh almost daily....Im really going to try to narrow it down to once a week. I think I'll feel like Im making more progress if I dont weigh daily. Corinna
  3. I was just wondering this myself today. I have had some "discomfort" around my large incision, but only when I pushed on it or moved a certain way. I think its just because I sneezed and tried to hold it in. I dont feel any deep pain and when I am sitting or laying down its just fine. I dont think you have anything to worry about. As to why it happens I cant answer that, but you're not alone! Corinna
  4. I know EXACTLY what you mean and I get it as well. I have pretty much given in to the fact that it will just take some time for my body to completely heal. I also eat to much to fast sometimes and boy does that ever give me that feeling. When I eat really slow and take tiny bites it doesnt seem to be as bad. It will get better in time! Corinna
  5. I love my unjury. I use the unflavored to mix with my coffee and into Soups and other foods. The chicken soup flavor was a life saver post op and I still like to have it once in awhile if I am low on Protein for the day. Unjury definitely gets a thumbs up from me. They have a sample pack you can order. Corinna
  6. I love the stuff and think it tastes pretty close to the real thing. Im sure it would be good on toast. Corinna
  7. Hey boots! How did it go? What did you think of the recovery house or hotel? How is your recovery going? I hope you are doing well. Let us know! Corinna P.s the ng tube was a tube that goes through your nose down to your stomach. You only have to have that if you are having a revision.
  8. Hello~ I really, really like Oh Yeah chocolate milkshake flavor. You can buy the RTD or powder and it is delicious. I get mine from Netrition or Amazon. I also use unjury unflavored to add to food or drinks. Corinna
  9. Welcome to your weight loss journey. congrats on your great loss. Corinna
  10. I have never been a big coffee drinker (have an occasional decaf) but I still drink my tea. coffee is acidy and I think thats the reason you cant have it. Maybe tea is an option? Corinna
  11. I was sleeved on the 23rd and I feel pretty good. I have a problem getting my water and protein in. I just keep a drink with me as much as I can and sip, sip, sip. It will get easier in time. Corinna
  12. Water justs doesnt taste good anymore. I add Simply Lemonade, Crystal light or Special K Protein water packets. I also like Light Gatorade and Diet Snapple. Gotta keep hydrated. Corinna
  13. I am also on full liquids and when I get "full" I just dont feel like having anymore. So far I have only felt that way with the Protein shakes. Today I am going to try some Jello and see how that goes. I also never feel hungry.....at least so far, so I have to make sure that I get some nutrition in even though I am not interested in food right now. You will get there, soon you will know when y ou have had enough and its time to stop. Be patient. Corinna

  15. When my surgeon close me up, he used stitches. They told me to keep them covered until the stitches came out (with bandage changes of course). I had to stop covering them up. I got the worst rash/irritation and blisters from the tape. It is so itchy and uncomfortable. What should I use to stop the discomfort?? . I have never had any problems before...could it be because I used it for so many days?Ahhhh...Help. Corinna
  16. Yay for you!! Im right there with you. Day 1 & 2 totally sucked, but after that it just kept getting better. Welcome to the losers bench. Corinna
