My choice was easy. My back was killing me, pcp put a big red OBESE on my chart and I got mad, get a referral to see what's out there, surgeon says " you need sleeve" I said, how skill are you in it, he proudly said" I think of myself as the best" my reply: where do I sign up! 6 weeks later, sleeved and happy. Went back to see him, he didn't even know that was me and end up flirting with him before my appt time. 21 months later, best decision ever.

Mine was too easy as well, took 2 days off from work( nursing) no pain med at all, walked one mile the same day. 21 months out, I am not a failure.

easy I have been know to wear well fitted clothes. The trick is to wear it, have a seat if you see lot of bulges try a bigger size. For jeans, do three squatt in a row if you can it is a winner. Truthfully you will get used to what fit you best and develop your own sense of style etc. because I am more of a sexy chic I wear lot of skirts and shirts and tight fitting dresses so go with the flow

Funny how I can eat two waffles with Peanut Butter . I don't feel bad about it, again it's exactly what I need when I got my low blood sugar.
