Nuts..not NUT's but Nuts!

Hi Ya'll! Nuts are such a great snack and perfect source of some protein. When did you try them? did they digest well?

    OMG, I love Nuts..... I am totally addicted to my nuts.... LOL I started eating nuts at about 3 months post op. I made sure I chewed them really good and it was approved by my surgeons office.

I try to always have cashews on hand. Love them for the crunch, taste, and a bit of Protein. I tried them around 7 or 8 weeks. They are now a staple snack for me!

I do have to get the low salt ones because I have always had a sensitivity to salt and WLS intensified that feeling.

I love almonds! I get them in the little individual packs at the store. Each pack is 100 calories. I was allowed them at 2 months.

Two months, and chew well! Enjoy
