  1. i looked at myself enough fat, to the point where folks called me vain, lol. im still not sure how I will handle it,mi had one person who i shared that i was having surgery with for me to give them a b4 picture...lol, why!?! so u can co stantly remind me how bad, i looked. u may feel the folks trying to calculate is low, but u automatically can calculater/estimate. i feel it's visible enough for them to ask, so it must be a lot
  2. thats a good attitiude, i kinda feel like fatness is a visible weakness already that u cant run from anyway, but i like ur positve outlook towards self improvement
  3. i've always felt that someone asking how mich you've lost is a backhanded way of asking you how much you weigh. I think that is an invasive question. As if their rude comments about you being fat werent enough.
  4. i gained 5 pounds from the iv fluid also, its coming off now, thank goodness!
  5. yes i have a belly pillow too, its helping a lot!
  6. Hey there! I was sleeved on 2/6.... feeling better today! Realized that I could t do super cold liquids and that helped a lot with the pain!
  7. i am feeling better since i hace come home, major soreness too
  8. 2/6 I was sleeved! *waving* still some soreness..but not hungry, I love it!
  9. i know it's hard, i purposely secluded myself from civilization, this has been a very long day..... we dont have much longer, hang in there!
  10. i agree, this has been a long journey, my info session was in Sept of 2011. By the time u have trhe courage to get WLS, u want the weight off lime yesterday. It's here now, ot's our turn to be fabulous!

  13. PHEW!! Passed the stress test! 2/6 is my day!! WOO HOO!!!
  14. other than admitting the sleeve, what can you say "I'm on a high protein diet"???
  15. I totally think the losing pre-surgery is hard, if you could do it alone you would not need the surgery.
  16. i only told a handful, those closest to me. Im sure it will be noticeable in a few months though

  18. Thank you, does anyone have any words of incite regarding the stress test?
  19. My date is 2/6, Primary Care doc said my EKG looked a lil off so she wants me to do the Stress Test also...I'm a lil nervous about it. I feel like I came to far to turn around now....
  20. Surgery Date is 2/6/2012! I am so excited. I started this journey in September 2011, feels like forever but it will be worth it!! Any advice for me from those of you who have recently gone through the sleeve surgery?
