  3. ok I just tried the chicken soup in broth - wow sodium overload! I think I will try next time mixed with just water although I think I am leaning more toward unflavored unjury to keep on hand

  6. I was wondering this also - I was look at all the stuff at wal-mart that says high quality peotein then doesn't have isolate or has a mix - I think I will just stick to the few top ones my hospital recommends.

  10. I didn't think to ask and all they told me was to start taking Dry Vitamin D for 8 weeks then they take me off for 2 weeks and run blood work. This will put me in to the time where I am hoping my surgery will be scheduled - July/August. Anyone had low vitamin D before surgery?
  11. I am pre-sleeve but my plan is to use the unflavored in my water, decaf coffee and tea...so that I will be getting protein in everything I can.

  14. Got my letter yesterday from the program and I am Team Approved!! They finally called with lab results - I found out that I have low Vitamin D and have to start that right now. Also high cholesterol and triglycerides. Have to talk to my regular Dr about that. Blood in urine - they asked if I was on my period - seriously it took you nearly a month to call me, I have no idea!! LOL

  21. Thanks for sharing! I do have insurance for it so many of the "hoops" are counseling and nutrition appointments and I am praying they have prepared me well!
  22. Felicia - we will be the same time - I am about half way through my 6 months as well, last one is July 11th so hoping very soon after!! What is your starting info? I am 4'11 and weight now is 229 (down 13 from beginning of Dr visits). I am doing Weight Watchers for now.
