Weight loss tickers

Someone please explain how to do these tickers. I know where to get them but I can't figure out how you guys get them to show up on your posts. I also can't figure out how to go back to it to update. Please help!!!!!!

    you have to use the link that says BB or something similar. and to update, click your ticker (in your profile where you added it to your signature) and it takes you to your page for the ticker update - has you put in a pin at ticker factory
