  1. I'm taking Centrum Ultra Women's vitamins. They are large so I break it in half. I also tried crushing it but I didn't like the taste. I'll ask my doctor when I have my one month post op visit if I can take the whole vitamin.
  2. Surgery date November 10, 2011 10 lbs gone since surgery :whoo: :purplebananna:
  3. I had my surgery on Nov 10th and my staples were removed one week later. I'm glad to read that the big sunken incision is temporary. All the other ones are fading. So far they only itch. I guess they're healing that's why they itch. All is good. :Banane55:
  4. I find the Gas X chewables work faster and better than the strips. I'm 9 days out and I'm feeling much better than even 4 days ago. Hang in there. It does get better.
  5. My surgery is tomorrow and all my doctor told me was to do clears one day prior and nothing after midnight. Much different from the Lap Band. I'm fine with that.
  6. My surgery is tomorrow. I'm very anxious...Hope all goes well. My check-in time isn't until 1pm. Boy will I be hungry and thirsty. Wish it could've been earlier. Oh well. Wish me luck everyone.
  7. Hello everyone.. My surgery is November 10th. I'm excited to start over again. I had the band removed over a year ago and my weight has crept back up again to my pre-band weight. Yuk! But I know I can do it again...this time permanently. Wish me luck.
  8. My surgery is scheduled for November 10th...good luck everyone
