  1. Give it time. It will come.
  2. I agree with Floridays, I did lose weight during the healing phase, but I was very strict about portions sizes and chewing and small bites as i got to solid food. Don't rush your body. Cheating early one can be more dangerous since your body is healing. A plan to cheat all the time is a recipe for failure.
  3. Depends on how big the pills are. If they are large, you may want to investigate a liquid option until you are fully healed from surgery.
  4. And many more to come! Need those for warmth today!
  5. I agree with CG. It is up to you to do what is right, whatever procedure you get. They are all tools to help us, but each person has to work and changing their eating and lifestyle habits to be successful.
  6. First stall was at onederland... now stalled again!
  7. Some people said nothing to me and then cornered my husband to ask if I was sick! He spent a lot of time reassuring others. Your day will come.
  8. Your day will come. Congrats on the journey!
  9. The is first I have heard of this... maybe a guy thing?
  10. Also... ask if he does fills under fluroscopy, and how much he travels. I have not seen my surgeon in over a year! The NP yeah... but not even a sighting of the doc!
  11. Good luck to both of you ladies!
  12. Sounds like a winner... I will give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
  13. Should not be a problem, but you should space your water out, and not try to do it all at once if it bothers you.
  14. My first fill was done fluroscopically.
  15. Typical arrogant surgeon, but why do you want no fills?
  16. I would not want to call it a diet... the workout plan is great, but we don't diet, we change our lifestyles.
  17. If you are chewing well you should not be stuck. Maybe a cold? It is the season!
  18. Can't say it is OK, but it is done. You live with the consequences. Many of us are here because our stress go to was food. Please try not to replace it with drinking!
  19. Breathe deeply, you will be fine! Soon you will be banded. YAY! Best Wishes
  20. You have to get help with your eating. If you cannot put yourself back on track, self pay one nutritionist visit. The band is there, and it sounds like you may need a slight unfill. You can do it if you WANT it! Good luck!
  21. It is normal to feel fatigue after major surgery. Make sure you are getting enough protein and don't get dehydrated.
  22. Fat stores a lot of hormones, so as we lose it is not unusual for things to get a little wonky. Talk with your GYN if you are really concerned.
