  1. It took me a while before I could burp, but no problems now. Try to avoid PB pr productive burping though.. that means you have over eaten or have something stuck!
  2. I don't do jogging, my knees will not allow it, but I always walk on the treadmill at an incline.
  3. After the liquid diet, my first soft food was scrambled eggs!
  4. It takes a bit more will power, but you will eventually be able to eat whatever you feed them. Just less. In the mean time, I would cook in advance and provide reheating instructions. The first few days you will likely not enjoy cooking. And... even 11 year olds can cook! Give them each a day! It will be good for all of you!
  5. You are too funny! Congrats on rediscovering your ribs! Great NSV!
  6. Mine is not at all noticeable now, but I could always feel it. You probably will be able to feel yours too. I am sure it will be fine especially with your doc doing fills with fluoro!
  7. Great story, thanks for sharing. You made my day! Best wishes for the regrowth with minimal itching!
  8. What a terrific NSV! Congratulations!
  9. Try and see what works for you.
  10. Just do something! Like Nike! Start by walking to the corner and back. You do not have to go to the gym to get exercise. Increase as your stamina builds.
  11. Sandy.. hope it passes quickly. God BLess!
  12. Everyone is different. My doc usually only removes 0.5 cc at a time if I am too full!
  13. Sorry to hear of your troubles. This is a new one for me, but I hope your doctors get it under control quickly!
  14. Hunger will improve as you add more solid proteins. Measure what you eat... Spoon in the frig is a recipe for overeating! Hang in there, it will get better!
  15. Patience is the key! Don't set expectations. Just let it come!
  16. Sounds yummy, thanks for sharing this!
  17. Good Job! NSVs are the bomb!
  18. You have come a long way and you know what works for you. It is unfortunate you cannot see a surgeon for another fill. Keep looking for someone who will work with you. Congratulations on your loss thus far and best wishes for the future.
  19. Great job! you are on your way!
  20. Fills are not freak worthy! Most have no problems at all! Best wishes to you going forward!
  21. I like them all, yes even the strawberry. The unflavored works well in soups that you want to add some extra protein to as well.
  22. Keep with the exercise and jump the hoops. It is well worth it in the end!
  23. I got to 3 miles yesterday. I seem to hit that every other day! But wow, that sounds like a great routine to follow!
  24. Fantastic. Don't it feel good?
  25. I would say anxious, nervous, plus excited equals completely normal! Best wishes on your surgery. We all had those feelings just before. Come back and let us know how things go.
