  4. It gets better with every fill. You have to work out and since you can eat solids just make sure that they are healthy choices
  5. I drank the broth from soups like el pollo loco tortilla soup, I would go to different resturants and order their soup.. I lost 15 lbs in my first week

  11. I cant that it was done as outpatient.. I had a 24 hour stay in the hospital. I dont think I could have went the same day.. The trip to getting is grab a pillow or a big teddy bear and hold against your stomach it eases the pain. Is your vicodin in liqiud form.
  12. I eat alot of turkey and chicken no ground beef, steak and I can eat leftover meat.. I can eat meat if reheated. I doesnt work for me

  19. Support hose to wear at night.. The breathing device is called a Incentive Spirometer. Walk you have to walk
  20. I sleep in a recliner chair my first night. But I still in the hospital. It was so much easier to get up. They made us walk ever 2 hours
  21. I want to tell I used heat pads to losen the gas in my shoulder.. The gas hurt more than my incisions
  22. Its the protien thats making you constipated my Dr took me off the milk protien shakes and put me on juice kind
  23. Congrads on working on the new you!! Did your Doctor tell you to wear support socks at night to bed.. Walk every 2 hours for the first 24 hours. It helps
