REAL FOOD AGAIN!!!

I saw my surgeon today and he said it is ok for me to start moving to mushies. He said I do not need to do the baby food, just soft or pureed food for 3-4 days and then I can start introducing solids. This is like 4 weeks ahead of the schedule the nutritionist gave me.

I was so excited I almost cried.

Every Doctor is different..

Yayy...wish I were in ur shoes...still liquids until tuesday...enjoy :)

I am still on mushies...however, I am eating things like tender chicken that I mash up with a fork. I cannot take any more of the canned chicken

I drank the broth from soups like el pollo loco tortilla soup, I would go to different resturants and order their soup.. I lost 15 lbs in my first week

I'm off mushies in a few days. I've tried a few things just to see and they've gone down fine as long as I chew enough to turn them into mushies before they go down. I'm pretty wide open. Should get a fill in a couple of weeks. The great thing is I haven't been hungry. That is making a huge difference for me.
