  5. Hello Everyone!! I got banded June 27, I personally have lost 100 lbs to date. But for some reason I havent lost in the past month. I wonder how everyone else is doing?

  10. Melissa, I got banded last June and I know what you mean. For a couple of weeks I didnt lose weight at all. I then talked to my dietician and we went over my food journal. After looking at it, she told me to cut back on the fresh fruit and not comsume alot of it. That made the difference. Just keep it up and congrats on the weightloss
  11. My soreness lasted 7 days, don't worry you'll be back to normal in no time and you'll start seeing some results aslong as you follow the diet. I don't know what protein shake you having but I recommend Labrada. Good Luck!
  12. Its been 7 months since I started my weight loss journey. I had the Lapband surgery and I'm happy to say I'm down 100 lbs. What I been learning along my journey is slowly but surely if we don't give up and follow the Dr. advice.

    Don't be hard on yourself, Do you count calories or are you seeing a nutricianist? I see one and it helps cause I keep a food journal and if, i dont lose in a months she will go over my journal.

  24. At my support meeting, they have a clothes exchange every month. Maybe you could get in contact with the facility where they do the meeting and set one up.
