  4. Have you called the hospital and tried getting on a payment plan. Like give them $400 right now and the rest in payments. That how alot of people that I know did it. Be strong and God will guide you

  6. I agree with the first comment. The band is just a tool! You have to learn to eat healthy and exercise. You have to stop eating fried foods and all the food that make you big. I think your Dr should of sent you to a nutricionist, because you have to learn to eat healthy and to count calories. Wish you the best!

  10. After having the band for 2 months the Dr. said I'm doing great. I'm down 70lbs, I'm hoping to hit 100 lbs by the end of the year or sooner. I also didn't need a fill.

    I asked my Dr about drinking or eating 90 grams of protein and he said it was ok. I'm also comsuming 800-1000 calories a day.
  14. I had the my surgery June 27, 11, I do notice i have the band if i eat too fast or dont chew my food well. I did change my way of eating. I have a protein shake fr breakfast and a banana if i get hungry. I still havent had a fill. Will be going to the DR. Tuesday, I know I been losing weight. Just stay strong and focused and you'll be fine. I always remember what my DR. said Stop eating when your satisfied. Thats what I been learning

  21. At my work some people know, because I told them and other just think but they havent asked me about it. My friends also know and I'm willing to talk to anyone that wants to get info.
