Had my fill today got 5cc wasnt bad... took less than 15 min...am sore though.. should have asked him if it was ok to work out tomorrow... It wasnt as bad as the pics show lol... I drove myself etc etc etc... on liquids for a couple days then go back to soft foods.. Doc told me I wouldnt be able to eat bread and meat... with celiac cant eat bread anyway.. some days I wonder just what planet I came from... lol    
Tomorrow is my first fill... I am glad because since surgery I have felt no restriction at all. The celiac disease along with the band I honestly have no clue as to what to eat.. I am learning that it is ok to be hungry... The hardest part for me is the waiting to drink before and after I eat. I have not had any problems with the banding... hopefully tomorrow I will feel that restriction....I have eliminated 40 pounds. I am enjoying exercise more every time I go.. Love the part where my stomach
