You are not alone, atleast from my part.
I now only really loose weight around my time of month, pretty much only loose then nowadays, but loose 4 kgs/8 pounds over a few days.

This is the BEST NSV I've ever read.....wow, from walking around the island in the kitchen to ALL DAY??? Start looking for tickets to Hawaii because I think that's the next island you'll be walking around......big day for you......and it only will get better. I do agree with the distinction between tummy hunger and head hunger.
Yesterday I was walking through a large parking lot. On the edge of the parking lot was a Kentucky Fried chicken - the wind was coming right at me.... the aroma of Nature's most perfect food - fried chicken - was all embracing. I closed my eyes and took in the sweet aroma of the forbidden delicacy.... I saw angels... but they had chicken wings, and little baskets with rolls and gravy... I am pretty sure I passed out.

Am I the only one that seems to lose better during TOM? I didn't lose anything from July 1st - 10th. On July 11th I saw signs that TOM was about to hit. I started losing that day and have lost weight every day since. I went from 234.8 on 7/10 to 231.4 today. It is the BEST part of TOM in my opinion.

My 10 day (week 3) stall is finally over. I have lost .2 the last two days. I think it is the start of something good! I am happy to be under 40 BMI!

Wow, Webchickadee you are doing awesome! 10 pounds in two weeks is A-Mazing! Don't you just love it when the scale is moving in the right direction. I freak out so easily and I'm four months out today. I try to be rational, but sometimes my insecurities creep up and rear their ugly head. Keep up the great work and thank you for posting an update. I find that reading posts help motivate and reassure me!
