  1. Yes I really try not to get grossed out, but I can't help it. I guess it's because I get so full on just a few bites I CAN NOT IMAGINE eating all that food anymore !!! But I try not to judge, they can't help it, they don't have sleevie.
  2. I initally thought I was going with the lap band for sure...then I went to several seminars and becamed very informed on all 3 wls. The sleeve just seemed to be the best option for me.

  8. It's so amazing how different we look after we lose the weight...total transformation! I feel exactly the same inside but sometimes people just don't recognize me, it's hilarious. I'm like it's me!!!! LOL!
  9. Yayyyyy to your pound !!! It all adds up
  10. Sorry I'm checking in late, was up early and out the door to hike, I'm up this week 148, whatever you darn scale! LOL! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!! HAVE A FABULOUS WEEK!!!! Girrrrrl! you are doing awesome!!!!!
  11. They say walking helps...it does get better with time. I felt normal again day 14...
  12. I had extreme burning stomach pain! I was screaming when I awoke! They told me to be quiet because I would frighten the other patients...it didn't last long thanks to the morphine, and the good news is that I haven't heard of anyone else with this type of pain. Also, remember everyone is different. I personally know some people that did not experience any pain what so ever. I do think it's better to expect the worse and that way it won't be as bad. All I had read prior to surgery is how everyone LOVED their sleeve and went shopping right after surgery. I was not prepared mentally.
  13. THAT'S WHAT I HAVE BEEN SAYING LOL!!! I don't get it...but I will say I have told many obese people about sleevie and they snob their noses at it. I've heard NO WAY 85% of my stomach is too crazy, or I will ask God to help me take it off the RIGHT way, etc. etc. etc. So to each his own I guess...All I can say is I THANK GOD for my sleevie
  14. Check out LESLIEH she was 309 and got to 138 and she's about 5'6...
  15. I'm 19 months out and the only "complete" meals I can really ever finish are the ones I make at home when I am able to serve myself just the right amount...and even then I still over serve myself sometimes. But I normally take left overs for lunch everyday so it's all good. I'm not gonna lie, it's kinda depressing sometimes. Especially when I go out and I want to enjoy more than a few bites ... but it's so worth it, otherwise I would be obese again. It's the power of sleevie wonder.
  16. GOOD ONE!!!!!!!!!! GOOD ONE TOO
  17. Awwwww I totally understand how you feel! That scale can be CRUEL!!! It use to DRIVE ME CRAZY!!! You have an awesome attitude my friend, don't let it get you down...(((HUGS)))
