Had Surgery Yesterday

And I'm trying to figure out how this air is supposed to come out of me?? It's so uncomfortable! I've walked and walked and that hasn't helped.

Also, I can't tell when I'm hungry or full. How do I know how much I can drink if I can't feel any of that?

I had surgery on march 21st and can't eat or drink anything. Water won't stay down.

Try gas x strips... they dissolve on your tongue.. They are wonderful!!!

They say walking helps...it does get better with time. I felt normal again day 14...

Several people have said a heating pad will help the gas pain.

I had surgery on Tuesday and had MISERABLE gas pains. Thursday I got to come home. As soon as the bumpy ride home and walking worked together, I started tooting like there was no end. I know you hurt, but try to walk just a little every hour or so. It will make a huge difference. Also, if you can get on your side, that helped me get some air out. Here's a warning.....when you start those big ole poots, be careful...liquids in= liquids out! Yes, I am being serious! EWWWWWE!!

You can do this!!
