I'm down 82 since March and 95 since November. 27 more to go hopefully by March but if not at Lear 18 more would be nice.

5 Confessions (Join In)
Ok confession time.. 1. I confess that this is the best thing ever. 2. I confess that this is not "the easy way". 3. I confess that I really like to run ok love to run. 4. I confess that I hate having to think about what to eat and owe much to eat allllllday. 5. I confess that I have shared my surgery with very few people, and it's not because of shame. 6. I confess that I have just started living, like really liking me. 7. I confess that I drink a cup of coffee everyday. 8. I confess that I don't drink enough Water, ever. 9. I confess that I worry about excess skin more than I'm willing to admit. 10. I confess that I'm worried about regain, any even 1 lb. Ok that's it .....lol

March 2012 sleevers...whats your status, hows it going?
I was sleeved March 21, 2012 and I'm doing good....I think. Here are my stats: Starting weight (nov 2012)-267 Day of surgery (march 2012)-254 Today-173 My goal-150 Doctor goal-135 I can eat about: 3 oz of lean Protein and no sides or 1 1/2 protein and same amount of side I went from 20w jeans to 10 jeans; 9 shoe to 7 1/2. Ran yes RAN a 5k in September and currently training for a 1/2 marathon in march. I struggle with slider foods, popcorn, chips, and nuts and drinking enough Water. Please share your stats, struggles, and achievements

Going on vacation post-op
I had my sleeve in march and went to chicago in may and it was ok, but the eating situation was bad. But no pain and nonissue walking and enjoying the sights.

Do you drink with your food?
Never and I thought I would miss it but really I have no space for liquid after I eat. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes to drink.

Losing breast weight
Not long at all...since march I went from 42D to 34B but because I'm short and kinda small framed it's ok with me

Am I ever going to be normal?
I'm 9 months out and very much normal....I eat out less of it of course. Yes you will be normal soon.

I'm 9 months out from surgery and still don't like the following: 1. eggs 2. oatmeal 3. Lettuce 4. Carved turkey 5. Full fat milk 6. chocolate milk 7. Plain Water 8. Apple juice 9. Meatloaf 10. Bacon strips (the crumbles are fine) 11. Sausage patties (the links are fine) 12. chicken legs 13. Fried fish 14. Plain yogurt ( but I love Greek) 15. Peanuts (still love peanut butter) 16. Raisins I could go on and on. What is going on? Some of these things are a plus but some I would love to love again.- How do you reward yourself?
I set several goals, and assigned rewards like flowers, a massage, clothes, a piece of jewelry,and a trip.- Question; Does Some One A Good Diet/calorie Tracker For Pc ?

Nice thought!!!! 1. I won't miss being fat! 2. I won't mis my kids having to hear "that's why your mother fat" 3. I won't miss being the fat friend. 4. I won't miss HAVING to wear slimming garments (even though I now know they did nothing of the such) 5. I won't miss being able to over eat and not get sick (thanks for restriction) I could do 10!!!! - I hate foods that i used to love!
