  1. I love it that you shared those NSVs with everyone. It's always my fear that I will break a lawn chair. Hopefully my hubby and I will share a loveseat soon. Keep after it--you are doing great!
  2. I like the Atkins Protein shake Cafe Mocha flavor. In Dallas, I can find it only at CVS. I drink it cold but maybe you could warm it? Those recipes above sound great.
  3. I haven't had this happen yet but I have observed that my skinny sister and sister-in-law have crows feet and smile lines. I figure I'll embrace the wrinkles as I join their skinny club. Good luck with your journey. I'll watch here to see if anyone comes up with a cure!
  4. I have the jeans problem also but as my pants get looser, it's getting better Re "sweet nothings" tank tops-- where do you buy them?
  5. I have been using the Calcet Creamy Bites which I order off Amazon. They are tiny squares that come in either chocolate or lemon. They taste like a little dessert that I eat twice day.
  6. You are so inspiring! Have a great time on your cruise.
  7. I like iced tea with splenda and lime juice. Also SF popsicles. And the usual crystal lights. You can mix a lemonade crystal light with tea to make an Arnold Palmer. Don't forget bouillon cubes to make a decent cup of broth. Try a few things and I'm sure you'll find something besides plain water.
  8. I had my surgery on July 22nd and as of today I'm feeling pretty strong. I'll go back on august 15th. I hope it's not too soon but I think I'll do okay. I have a desk job and work from a home office. I can take a quick nap if needed. And I have all my food, etc handy. Good luck with your recovery. You will do great!
  9. I can't wait until I'm strong enough to walk (sleeved 7/22/11). You are an inspiration! And I am copying your playlist.
  10. My trick is to use a toddler size spoon. You can only get tiny bites this way.
  11. You're doing great. I can't wait to be in your shoes!
  12. You're beautiful!
