I didnt at my last fill, hopeing next one next week I did, im at 7cc's now, gonna get probably 1/2 more

I had some restrictions after surgery, found out I already had 3 cc's in me. It did take to about 5 cc's to finaly fill a true restrictions. Im up to 7 now and going next week for one more. good luck

Welcome to being new at banding, this is the worse part. Hang in there we all went thru it. It will get eaiser I promise. I tried to do thick things like sugar free pudding, v8 juice and eventualy you can do mashed potatoes

Im so tight in the morning all I can do is a protein shake in the morning

Have you tried the ensure ones, they are 25 grams of protein. they are big, I make 2 meals out of them, and they are not grainy either

Unfortunatly I still have 80 lbs to go, Im sure I can do more protein, but I get so dang sick of drinking one every day, as for excersise I do the treadmill when my arthristis is not acting up. I am glad to hear that we all hit a platueau. hopefully I'll start moving that needle down pretty soon. thank you for the info

Im so frustrated,did so good in the first 7 months then been at the same dang weight since feb. Has anyone else had this problem then started losing again, Im at 7cc's in a 10cc band. I definetly cannot eat allot and am only eating about 3 to 4 small meals a day. Please anyone help thank you

Im coming up on my first year anniversary and my surgery cost included the first years fill. I was wondering if anyone bought the program after the first year for their fills and what the monthy charge is. thank you

I agree with those above. Just got another fill, now 7cc's in a 10cc band and asked my dr if that was the max. She said no everyone is different and i have another appt i 3 weeks to get rechecked. Bottom line were in this for the long haul so please dont give up. lots of luck

You can if it is over the minum percentage they allow you for medical deductions. I was able to deduct the portion I paid./ Good luck

Not sure what a ninja is, but I have a bullet. Got it at costco and came with a carrying case so I can take on my trips. It works well for my protein shakes. Good luck

I took off 5 days too. Had mine on a thrusday tried to go back then next wend but only made it 1/2 took the rest of the week of and went back on the following monday. I guess it all depends on how you fill.

Im sorry your in pain, I didnt have any but not sure if this is normal or not. Did the paperwork they give you say anything about this? If your really not filling good I would call the after hours emergency # for the dr that did your surgery and see if you can get someone to ask. good luck

wow, thats odd, same surgery here in us for $5500. and 1st year fills free. Not sure I would want to fork out the extra money for plane fare for a fill, but then I guess thats lot of frequent flyer miles

Unfortunatly this is the roughest, I went thru that too, and Im sure most everyone did too. Best I can tell you is switch between sugar free pudding when you can eat it and even v8 juice helped due to being thick. Hang im there, it gets better. good luck

no that is normal, you want to get your restrictions gradual. Thats how I started, didnt really start to fill it until 4 or 5cc, I dont remember. You will fill it eventualy. Good luck

I go there too, do you know how much the plan is they offer after the first year that includes the fills?
