  2. Sooo strange being at goal, i sont know what to do wih myself. I suppose that with time it will become the norm. But it is so sureal to try and turn off the weightloss focus. It has shaped my life for soooo long. Just odd
  3. U guys are all so great! Today is so strange, not worried about food, well other than upping my cals to maintain. I actually had a "horchaita" (sp?) to drink at lunch. Its a mexican drink i love but have not had in forever because of the sugar. I thought aw heck, I deserve a couple days of just not worrying at all just enjoying this moment. So while I may reset my goal to get me just under the bmi scale. For this week im just relaxing. :-)
  4. Please play eye of the tiger from rocky while reading this!!! 170!!!! May 10th 2011- Dec. 1st 2011 205 days! 103 lbs lost. 143lbs lost from my heaviest!! I put on two differant medium coats last night because the large was to big. Down from a 54 pant to 32 and 34 pants. 3xl shirts to mediums. Tables only to booths, with my kids fitting in my lap in the booth!!! And sooooo much more. I just cant believe it! I have never, been at a place i wasnt trying to lose weight! Wow! *huge A grin*
  5. Oh so close..... 1lb! If i had wieghed before i ate 4oz of yogurt and 6oz of juice i would have been there! Ugh!!! Y oh y did i forget to weigh first!? Lol Well, im soo gonna be there soon! Maybe inthe morning??? Shrug. Though i admit i am already considering setting a new goal that would take me below the 25 bmi

  7. Kemo, no i havent. I had thought about buying myself the eapressomachine i have wantwd for several years. But i didnt expect to make it this fast and christmas is here so it will have to wait. I was sleeved may 10th this year.

  11. I'm really not sure, I pretty much eat normal now, except I watch my carbs. I can increase my carbs but not to the detriment of protein intake. I have been trying to figure that one out. Guess I will be spending some time on the maintanance threads.
  12. Whew that was a tough lb to lose. 174 today. 4 more and I'm there! I have been thinking about "what's Next". I mean I am really about to be there!!!! Im not sure what it's like to not have weight to lose, to have conquered this life long nemesis. I feel rocky music queuing up.....

  14. Thx raine, I for the first time in my life feel good about myself. And since i was 220 at 16 im not exaggerating. It is so amazing, as you well know. Ok yeah I'm a guy and I'm a little shallow, I love that I feel like I look great!!!

  17. Kemo, I ran 5 miles yestarday. Lol. That's my longest distance so far. I have been in a crazy slow stall for a month and increased my runs to 3 and 5 miles and have started losing again. But these 5 lbs have been in the last 5 days. So I'm gonna run like crazy this week an hopefully see the last bit drop off. How are u doing?
  18. Well, I am 175 today, 5lbs from goal. Down 98 lbs from surgery, and 137 from my heaviest. 5lbs, wow. It's so hard to believe!!!! I need to post some current pics. I'll try to do that with the count down. So close. This past week I have had 4 people email me and ask how I did it. So as in each case I am sitting down and sharing in depth hoping it will help their journey. GodSpeed

  20. Let me share this with you... All those things, hopes dreams, expectations of what life will be like when you lose the weight.... Well, no matter how hard you try to keep the expectations real it is SOooOOo much better than all that!!!!! OMG. Wow!!!! I mean heck freakin yes!!!! You are gonna love life on this side!!!! Be strong face your fears and charge forward too more than you even hope! Pasquini!!!
