Having a hard time and worried
My problem is that when I have a goal I automatically try to sabotage myself. It sounds like you may be the same way. Try to take it one day at a time... cuz eating is an addiction... just like alcohol and drugs. When you fall off the wagon, don't just say the hell with it, if I've eaten this one bad thing, I might as well as eat that other bad thing, this is exactly my style, and it has been really hard to break, but it is possible. I totally agree with meggiep... you need a goal outfit. Mine is a little navy blue dress in a size 14... That may seem ridiculous to some of the losers now, but wow that is a huge goal for me!! Anyway, take your goal outfit and hang it where you can see it where you normally eat, be it in the kitchen, living room, or bedroom. When you are stuffing yourself silly and you look at it, it will make you feel sick.

Pounds to Drop a Clothing Size
I was a tight 26/28 at 360... now I'm down to 298 and I'm wearing 22s and 24s... my 22 pants fit, but my 22 jeans are so tight at the waist that they feel like they will explode, so I dare not wear them ..... I know that at 195 I will be a size 12/14 with a large top (from prior experience)

Surgery date....April 19th!
Thanks~!!! will do Most iron supplements say: Avoid taking antacids, dairy products, tea, or coffee within 2 hours before or after this medication because they will decrease its effectiveness. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking this medication. i didn't actually know this either until my pharmacist told me

Hi caleybooth... I don't really know much about the band, but I didn't want you to think we are all ignoring you ... Surgery date....April 19th!
I was scheduled for the 19th but got it moved up to the 14th ... Seeing the post about the anemia was a great reminder to pop a couple of my iron pills, but I really feel sorry for you ASBgirl!!!, but don't worry, anemia is usually an easily diagnosed and fixed thing... mine is from my Ventolin asthma inhalers... BTW: if they give you an iron supplement, make sure not to take it within 1 hour of consuming anything with caffeine or milk (they both bond with the iron and prevent absorption) Good Luck!!!!

going down clothing/bra sizes question to losers
Hi ladies, I have a question... I'm doing my surgery next week and I need to order some bras for the future. I've already lost 66 pounds and my bras are so loose already. So my question is, what have you experienced with losing cup sizes??? I know this is a personal question, but I cant even begin to guess, and it will take about 2 months for my stuff to arrive here (Korea). I'm currently wearing a 44DD.. while the cup size hasn't changed, it's just too loose around my chest. Thanks for any and all advice in advance!!!!

Surgery 4/18. Talk me down!
Anesthesia + anything in your bowls = a really unpleasant surprise if you pass gas after you come out of anesthesia... trust me on this..... I haven't done my surgery yet, but I've had 2 in the last 2 years... my tonsils/adenoids and my gallbladder... and it can be very embarrassing!!

Scared and Not telling anyone
Met my other BFF last night and told her. She was really supportive. At one point in our time hanging out, she looked at me and said, "I guess I'm going to have to give you your clothes back." That really made me smile. Cuz we live in Asia, plus size clothes are hard to find and are so ugly. I had given her all of my size 14-18 clothes (cuz she's one of those rare plus sized Koreans)... Anyway, that was really sweet of her, cuz it means that not only does she support me, but she believes in me. I told I would just need to borrow them.
