  6. I've been looking for the what will you weigh thread!!! lol- I saw it once and I was inputting my info and then I clicked something and I lost the page!!! I'm gonna try to find it again.
  7. To me, it feels like if I take another bite I will burst. I thought at first that I had overdone things b/c it just felt like I was soooo full, almost like I had sat down and ate a BigMac, a supersize fry, 2 apple pies and a large beverage, and I had only in reality taken about 4 bites of my food lol. Once I burped, I felt better immediately though, but I stayed full for like 6 hours, that was the one time I think I overdid things. I haven't had that problem anymore, I usually take a bite read or watch something for a couple of minutes then take another bite. The longer I stretch out the time, the more I can eat. How does it feel to you?
  8. That sounds pretty cool. My school is offering some kick boxing classes for free like the first week of summer so I may look into that and see if they offer boxing as well. I bet that is a really intense good workout!
  9. That's pretty awesome!!!! How often do you box? I can't remember the last time I wore a size 14 lol. Congrats on your weight loss so far!
  10. I have a mini-goal coming up for June 23! I hope by June 23rd that I am at 250lbs. I am going to my boyfriend's family reunion in San Diego and we are going to be at a beachside resort so I have to be bikini ready!!!! lol. I'm so looking forward to buying new clothes but I don't intend on shopping until the week before the trip! I hope to be able to fit a size 14 or 16 by then, lets see how this goes!!! Anyone wanna share????
  11. I'm having the same issue! My skin is breaking out bad! I had my first period since surgery and it was the most painful it's ever been in my life. Midol nor pamprin worked. I think I am going to see a dermatologist as well. Let me know how that works out for you
  12. We have the same surgery date! I was going through a 2 week stall and it finally broke yesterday. I upped my water, lowered my carbs and made sure I hit that 60 grams of protein. I upped my water tremendously. I also went to the gym 3 times this week. I tried to burn at least 300 calories while I was in there. I woke up this morning and I had lost 3 lbs. I posted a story like yours and I got some advice from a fellow sleever and I'm glad I followed it cause the stall was driving me crazy. Don't get too discouraged, I hope that this info helps. Take care. Let us know when your stall breaks.
  13. I'm 23 now, and I had the sleeve done about 5 weeks ago. I personally started looking into weight loss surgery at 19. That's when I got to college and my weight ballooned! I was a chubby kid growing up, and then when I became a teenager I guess all the baby fat fell off and I was always round 138 my highschool career until my senior year of highschool, that's when I got up to 185 and by the end of my first semester of college I was 264 lbs. It progressively got worse and I've tried many diets, I exercised, I did everything and I would lose some- and gain more back. It took going to see my doctor in January to get me to take the final leap. He left the room- I read the comments he put on my chart- it said extremely obese for each cause of every problem I was having at the time and I just was fed up. (I had went to a seminar like 8 months prior too), but now- I'm very glad I had the sleeve done. I think it will help improve the quality of your life tremendously. I would say look into going to a seminar or two, it really helps.
  14. CONGRATS!!!!! Let me just say that your lunch looks good and it made my mouth water lol! 100lbs down is amazing and very inspiring to me. I have about 130lbs to go myself and posts like yours always give me more motivation. KUDOS to you!!!
  15. Thank you so much Irene! I followed your advice yesterday! I went for a long walk around campus, I lowered my carbs, I upped my protein and water and I even started a food journal lol. I woke up this morning and I had lost 3lbs!!! I was like get out!!! No WAY! lol. Thank you alot!!! I'm headed to the gym now.
  16. I am currently going from 269 to 270 and it's been that way for almost 2 weeks. I hate it! I really need some advice. What are some good ways to help break a stall? Does protein intake help break it? Any advice would be helpful!!! Thank you.
  17. That is awesome!!! Congrats!!!! I know you are excited!!!!!
  18. I took a healthy lifestyles class last summer and we actually had a formula on how to calculate all of that. Of course, I don't remember how but it makes perfect sense. I wish I could find the formula so you guys could see it. It calculates caloric intake and deficit and all kinds of stuff depending on your life style. It also lets you put in how much you want to loose in a week and it gives you how many calories you would have to burn and how many you would have to intake. It's pretty cool.
  19. You look great! Congrats!!!
  20. I wish I had useful stats- I'm currently going on a 2 wk stall- I'm 4 wks out though (Going on 5). Today I'm starting back on my liquids to see if that helps.
  21. Congrats! I think I may start measuring myself as well, that seems like it would be way better to do than staring at the scale all day lol.
  22. You look amazing! Congrats!
  23. Congrats!!! That's awesome! Very happy for you!
  24. Congrats! I know the feeling, I had to force myself to go to the gym the other day. I skipped yesterday because of cramps, but your post has inspired me to go today and try and work through the cramps. lol Kudos!!!
