Thanks guys,I hope to get a handle on it soon,but I still get sad at the thought on not being able to scarf down 3 or so lobster and a couple of beer....mmmm my favorite.The smart side of my brain knows this is'nt working for me and something needs to happen,but the other side(sometimes feels larger)panics.
  18. Yikes,now feeling very dumb as I never thought I'd be called to task on this one,growing up on a dairy farm I was often tramped on by cattle that weighted 1400 to 2000lbs,kinda made a mess out of one big toes and my hubby thinks it looks like an astrounaut's helmit...groan I know.:nervous

  21. Do you guys remember if you spent your presurgery time overeating like crazy? I feel like I'm continuously grazing almost like i'm afraid I'll never eat again after being banded:hungry: whats up with that? Also do you enjoy food as much afterwards or does it just become nessesary to live?Thanks for your advice it really helps.
  22. ok,it does make sense from the calorie end of things for sure,I'm not sure why the carbonation is a problem but there's likely a good reason,thanks a bunch.
