Hey Astrotoes,

I have been lurking around this site for the past week, I have an appt. with Dr. Coburn in 2 wks and want to know alot of stuff before I go in and be prepared with questions. but I agree with you, lots of info on this site and great answers. I am just at the beginning of my journey, a little scared about it all and the cost, but feel it's worth it in the long run. I live in the Niagara area so I don't have too far to go to mississauga. You will have to let me know how it goes and what it's like to be newly banded. Maggie

Welcome Astrotoes and Maggiec, glad you have decided to join us, and you have made a good choice with Dr. Cobourn. It is scary and exciting all at the same time, but you know what it is a good decision, i know for me it was one of the best decision's i have ever made for myself. Good luck to both of you, and again welcome.:welcome:

I lurk around sometimes too! I am so happy for you. This is such an exciting time! If you weren't scared AND excited I would be worried about you! Congrats on your decision. I look forward to getting to know you both!

Yoda- You are a crazy one! ;)

Hi everyone: I'm new as well. Good luck to everyone on their journey. This is quite the adventure. I'm alrady doing the Gravol thing (nervous stomach), but I'm feeling a lot of relief knowing there are so many great online supporters. You guys are the best!

Tres

Hey, WELCOME Tres Chic!!!!!

It's okay to be nervous, we all were!!

Think of it like standing in line for the best rollar coaster ride ever. Waiting is the hardest part. Well, the pre-diet isnt great either, but thats only temporary!!

Best Wishes, and talk away!!
