what will my limits be??

Hi there just another wanna be with another question...Once banded, that are physical limitations for life, I realize there are many post-op but what about long term?? Can I go sledding with my daughter??

There are no physical limitations, except for

1. You can't exercise to raise heart rate for 3 weeks. Only slow walking

2. No abdominal crunches for 3 months

3. You can't put food in your mouth without chewing it too mush, you can't eat to fast and can't eat too much

If you just got banded, I don't think you'd be able to go sledding this month though.
