    The other day for christmas the family had a honey baked ham for dinner so the bone was left over I used that and some peruban beans threw them in the crockpot for about 6 hrs when done shreeded some cheese and it came out so good. I have been having 1/2 cup a day so yummy

    I am in the same boat with you.I am on my 9 days post op ,and I am in the mushie stage ,I had been doing really good except for these last couple of days still doing all food mushed ,I believe that our bands are not yet should we say activated as in not filled. For that reason we are craving food more than last week. Our bodies are in recovery right now just make sure you keep strong and once we get our fills we will start the fun!!!

    I was banded on the 16th also and have been feeling the same (hungry) I was really confused also I guess we have to stick to our diets that the doctor prescribed. I was told to do protein shakes so they can fill you up.I have lost 12 lbs already and I'm afraid to gain even 1 back. Have you lost anything yet?

    Tommorow will be my second week of being banded my doctor instruction says for me to continue on kinda of a liquid diet???? yogurts,oatmeal,pudding ,shakes ,thick Soups??? But I have been reading post and for others second week is the mushie stage? really confused any suggestions im scarreed that if i do mushie food like mashed potatoes i will make a mistake

    My second night was also pretty hard the c2 gas really killed me butt be strong it gets better and just remember its only a moment that u feel like this next week you should be fine
