Need to get up and move around -- walk as much as you can - even a few steps will help move it out -- also if you lie on your side when you are lying down. It just takes some time to move out. Hang in there, it will get better.

    I had my surgery on mon 13th and still have the gas pains...i walked did steps and sleep on my side. i take gas x every now and then when its sooo bad. good luck they say with in a week it should be gone...im just counting down the days !
