I was wondering what were your toughts of the best protein drinks ,not necessary the best tasting ones but also the best ones for our health?

I use Muscle Milk Light (Chocolate) seems to be one of the best fitting shakes for what we "should" have and also the best tasting i have found. I use Capella Flavorings if i go for the vanilla kind they have awesome flavorings to make them taste better.

I found the ones at costco are great. 150 calories for 11 oz and 30 grams of Protein. I think it's like 2 sugars or something. it comes in chocolate and it tastes good. I wish I could find a good vanilla. Not big on so much choc!

I found a really good one from gnc !! It is cookies and cream and it is sooooooooo yummy and it is only 90 calories per scoop

and they have a bananna cream that is great tooo !! It is their amp line !!! It is even better with skim milk

That sounds great. I went to target and got the muscle milk but was taken back by how many calories they have 210 wow

i drink pure protein , they have 5 different flavours and u can get them in GNC or Vitamin Shoppe

Unjury is ok too, just some flavors has an aftertaste

I love Unjury. Chocolate Splendor is my favorite flavor.
