You can purée most things. Just use gravy, stock, milk, yoghurt, Mayo, etc. to keep it moist & drop of the spoon consistency. Add herbs & spice to taste.
I was allowed instant rolled oats (with extra milk to keep it thin) & scrambled eggs (again with extra milk so very soft). I also mashed boiled eggs, & puréed tinned salmon with Mayo (though it tasted pretty revolting). Also puréed very slow cooked meat & vegetable soups. I also ate yoghurt & drank yoghurt drinks. Friend swore she ate puréed chicken with gravy every day. It may come down to what tastes ok to you (I threw out the salmon).
