    So angry today!!

Day 8 post op. Am doing well but today I have been snapping at everyone. Not hungry but want to taste food and devour everything. Hubby is making egg fried rice with prawns and some lovely fish on side for him and my son and I feel so angry that I cant have it. I am having a lovely glass of milk which I love but today I just want food in my mouth. My daughter is out to dinner and when I asked her where she is going she said she is actually scared to tell me lol. Hopefully tomorrow I wake up in better mood Mandi xx

    Exercise!

I am 8 days post op.. I'm still off of work because of the obvious restrictions. But I'm worried about exercise, should I be worried. What should I be doing if anything? What are you guys doing for exercise?

    Coffee post op

Hello After my surgery, I started drinking decaf coffee around week 2. I would usually have one cup a morning. Then I switched over to my regular caffeinated coffee at around 8 weeks post op. I pretty much have a cup or two (at the most) of hot or iced coffee a day now. I used to be a huge caffeine drinker, so I have really cut way back, which is a good thing. My stomach has tolerated coffee well... no problems.

    Bad stick

I'm a bad stick as well. Nothing grosses me out more than the feeling of someone moving a needle under my skin trying to hit the vein. Maybe ask them to use a butterfly on your hand. This always works best for me.

    Absolutely gutted

Surgery happened on friday jennyu. Was so glad. Am now day 6 post op. The pain was as to be expected but the meds helped that. Stayed 2 nights in hopsital in end due to raised white blood cell count and blood pressure went through roof. Am doing ok. Only really feels sore on couple of incisions when stand or sit. So glad i did it. Am really positive about the future now x

    The Struggle is REAL

Just to add to what has already been written. look at this as an opportunity. You are starting on a new life, and you will undoubtably meet someone who will treat you lots better. Your best response to your former boyfriend will be to live life well to the fullest.
