Denied Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Denied again...that was the news from CIGNA..Seems they cant find the items that they need....even though they have been sent repeatedly.. I have met all criteria..yet there is always a problem..I am so very frustrated and depressed. I know my surgeon is tired of sending info as well as my internist. they :sad:have the power and I have little hope left. I feel like such a whiner...but I really think without the surgery I am doomed.

Have you personally called your insurance company? Usually when the patient calls they take it more seriously and mysteriously find the documents. Send them certified or fax and talk to a supervisor if you need to. If you get involved calling them, it will get done much faster
