Denied Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Denied again...that was the news from CIGNA..Seems they cant find the items that they need....even though they have been sent repeatedly.. I have met all criteria..yet there is always a problem..I am so very frustrated and depressed. I know my surgeon is tired of sending info as well as my internist. they :sad:have the power and I have little hope left. I feel like such a whiner...but I really think without the surgery I am doomed.

The neverending Insurance Game...

Well....I have never had a blog..nor have I read many..but I need an outlet for my frustrations, trials..and :biggrin:yes blessings. I am currently in an appeals mode or "resideration mode" for lap band.
