Pre Op Liquid Diet - Second Day

I had a bottle of fruit punch crystal light on my way to work.

I had five Optifast drinks - 3 strawberry and 2 chocolate plus I had orange sugar-free Jell-O cup for a snack at work.

I had some lovely chicken broth for dinner.

I also had plenty of water and crystal light.

I went to the bathroom (if you know what I mean) for the first time and it was interesting.

I played Wii Sport and what a working out with the bowling and boxing training. I ready need to work on my arms because I want to starting toning so my skin won't hang as bad.:crying:
