Well I did start the prescription pills that my doctor gave me and I feel better I noticed it a week or so after taking the pills I guess I really do need them but know I have to get back into the habit of exercise. Once you stop for a long time it is so hard to start back I am trying to trick myself and make my self go at least once this week. Hopefully in the morning. I have ended a bad relationship which caused me to want to eat to battle the feelings that he was putting me threw but I did address it and I feel better getting the break up accomplished although it hurts like hell.
I am so glad that I have had this surgery because it has also helped me address so many other issues in my life that I was hiding behind with food know that I don't have food to cover up my pain anymore I have to deal with everything and I thank god for that.![]()
