I vote...YES!!!! I weigh everyday...it keeps me honest and it helps me make good food choices knowing I am accountable to the scale. The scale doesn't lie!

Some days it is up...down or stays the same...either way, I know am doing ok or I need to change things up a bit! To me it is another tool to my weight loss goal!

I weight myself every morning. I need to know how I am doing each day and what I need to adjust. Like Sweetybabs said somedays its up and sometimes its down.

My program recommends weighing everyday. Like Sweetybabs and Linda E said, it keeps you accountable as well as helps you notice trends, such as if you start gaining weight you can check your food log and see what the problem is and fix it. I personally don't weigh in every day. Mostly because my scale is my Wii Fit and I'm lazy.
