The past couple of days I have not been able to keep any solid foods down. Seems the moment I swallow I need to rush to the bathroom and discard my food. I am ok with drinking liquids but other than that its been tough. Anyone else who has gone through this? Would love some suggestions.

Do you know someone who is going to have the lap band or gastric sleeve surgery in the very near future? I had the pleasure of lending my own advice yesterday to a woman who was having the gastric sleeve. It was so nice to be able to talk with her and explain some of things that will be going on.
