LAP-BAND Patients

You all are so very welcome.I think the most thing they stress in the book is getting in the fluids.I have another booklet that stresses the inportants of getting in your proteins....it says that you will be extremely tired when you don't and you will be more pron to loose some of your hair without the protein....I hope you found your favorite....you have to get in atleast 75grams... that's at least 3 /22 to 25 grams ....work on it before you have your surgery....go through the taste test.....first......good luck everyone.....
