Ok wow some seriously bitter people on here!!

Ok here we go. Jesus I didn't know some people get their panties in a wad over others threads. I didn't know that sounding like a bitter **** was just on par in someones postings on a message board. I came here for info, encouragement, boredom not to be talked to like I'm an idiot. I've done so well though. Not one curse word!! Normally I would tell someone to **** off. The point is if you don't have something nice or constructive to say then just hit the exit button. If you have no clue about a person then ask and don't assume you know. I'm new but I can read between the lines. Take your b.s elsewhere cause I ain't trying to hear it!!!

I kinda understand what Shirley was saying. What you have to understand is to take things with a grain of salt. For the most part everyone here is supportive and encouraging. Some feel that we need a swift kick to get on track and get our mind right. Just focus on the postive posts and the good advice you were given and let the rest roll off your back. I understand how you are feeling about where you are right now. I was there too. I often wondered if I had done the right thing because the scale wasn't moving. I was very discouraged. During the initial phases post op I wasn't eating, I was only doing liquids. Once I got to real food and started working out, I started losing weight. Sounds crazy right? It's true. Another thing I had to realize is that they put a band around my stomach, not my mouth. I could eat anything I wanted. I had to wrap my mind around the fact that in order for this to work, I had to work it.You can do it too Bandit. Hang in there....you are going to be just fine!

Thanks deedee! Your right. I wanted to hear peoples experiences and what not. I don't need a kick. I kick myself enough. I'm very hard on myself that's y I need a gauge cause yes I'm type A person. I look at results as a meter for success. I just don't need people talking to me like I'm a child. I'm grown.

Every post I have made here has been positive. I try to ask questions or give my opinion in a tactful way. Not trying to preach. I'm a positive person.
