Frustrated! Not losing....

I know that the first month or so is for healing, but I can help but to be frustrated. The scale hasnt moved for me at all. I'm getting about 600-700 calories a day. I still feel like I'm eating too much. I track everything on myfitnesspal. I've only worked out once this week, but will work out today. Hopefully I can get one day in this weekend.

I just dont get how healing stops weight loss. I feel maybe its something that the doctor tells people so they dont go crazy. I'm so impatient I know. I'm a pessimist by nature so I'm not too sure this is all gonna work, but I'm gonna give it a try. I eat a lot less than I did before and before I didnt eat much. I'm tired of the scale not moving. I even feel more bloated, but it could be constipation. I dunno I'm just so mad.

you need to get more exercise in and also how much water are you drinking? Also get rid of the scale and try only weighing once a week. Before I could go to the gym I walked everyday starting on my day 7 by 3 weeks I stared at curves and go 5 days a week. (I still walk 6 days a week also) It does not take long and it really gets things moving. YOU CAN DO IT!smile.gif

i try to drink at least 60 oz of water a day. I worked out on Monday and today I'll be walking for 3hrs. I'm trying not to overdo it, cause I have tendency to overdo it.

Yes exercise must increase to at least 3 times a week for 30 mins. I dont get a real picture of what you are eating you said you eat less than you use to ? Are you weighing and measureing what you eat.......sticking to 3 or 4 oz as Dr instructs? this is key to sucess our eyeballs tend to decieve us on a regular basis if we don't keep a check on them. Especially true of my pair. Review the basic banding rules and keep reading over and over again until its second nature. Ive was banded almost 2 yrs ago and I review the rules monthly. ;)

I just posted something a few days ago that you really need to read. You NEED to eat to lose weight. You also need moderate exercise. I did what you are doing for many months and was incredibly frustrated. Please educate yourself by what you need to do in order to lose fat efficiently. Start by reading my post.

i track everything thru myfitnesspal.com I eat an average of 600 calories per day. I know i need to excersize and this week I'm doing 4 days. I cannot lift weight which is killing me, I hate, hate, hate cardio. I struggle with boredom to do 30 min, but I do it. I do hard cardio, I dont like classes or anything. Not a people person. I either jog or hit the eliptical. I am not hungry either. I dunno how others are getting banded and getting hungry. I force myself to eat.
