HELP...somebody, anybody!!!

hi there LBT family

I am soo frustrated. I had surgery on july first and so far Im down 38-39lbs. I had a fill in sept and didnt lose a single pound and then recently had a fill last monday (nov 8th) so its been officially 1 week since that fill and i have not lost a single pound, in fact i have gained a pound. I dont know what else to do, I cant see a nutritionist because i got laid off from my job so no insurance and i am trying to do everything right.

Has this happened to anyone? Can someone give advice because i am honestly losing my mind!!!:bored:

I haven't had my surgery yet but I have been through plateaus in weight loss numerous times. Don't get discouraged. You might consider ramping up the exercise a little to get things moving again. Add another workout or two every week and see if that doesn't help.

Are you eating any slidder foods? Drinking with your meals? I'm sure you know way more about this than I do but these are things I've been warned about.

Good luck to you. Don't give up!

I got my band on 7/28 and did great until October hit. I went an entire month without losing and thought another fill would do the trick. No loss = more fill = easy answer....not! That isn't the right way for me to approach this anymore and thank goodness I figured it out. I can't rely on my band to lose the weight, I have to combine it with smart choices and habit changes.

My advice to you - go back to the basics. Record EVERYTHING you eat, I use www.myfitnesspal.com Ramp up or change your exercise and be very honest with yourself about what & why you are eating.

I hope you get back on track! Best of luck!
