LAP-BAND Patients

Sounds like a good plan, low carbs, high protein. I am use to at least two meals a day now so I would have a salad for lunch with a protein like chicken in it! This is pretty much what I did the first few months.

I have been adding bannana to my shakes in the morning. Any honorable mention for something healthier?

I am also a patient of Dr. Hollis, this plan worked very well for me during my pre-op diet even though I was only on it for 10 days I still lost 6 pounds!
