Emotional part is over

Well for now it is lol... All those commericals on tv about how easy it is LIE!!!.. I could not do it without the support of my friends on here and in every day life and my family.. I don't know how any one could keep it a secret and not go insane. I started at 273 on the day of my surgery and am now 237.. 37 more pounds to lose to get to my first big goal. oh and in the past month I have lost 6 inches I found out today. So that helps with the only losing 6 pounds I think in one month.. :tt1:

I am so glad to hear someone else say that too. I see those commercials now and laugh. I use to listen to see if there was any hope of them saying something different, but all I heard was the safe false hope...blah blah blah.:tt1:
