Well for now it is lol... All those commericals on tv about how easy it is LIE!!!.. I could not do it without the support of my friends on here and in every day life and my family.. I don't know how any one could keep it a secret and not go insane. I started at 273 on the day of my surgery and am now 237.. 37 more pounds to lose to get to my first big goal. oh and in the past month I have lost 6 inches I found out today. So that helps with the only losing 6 pounds I think in one month.. :t
I am at 34 pounds but going insane... I know women have this time of the month and I have to have more self control than normal but it does not matter I still gained.. 2 POUNDS! yeah I know that is nothing.. but between my emotions and the stress of the economy it makes things worse.. I gain then I lose I gain then I lose half this month I am going insane and then I am ok but it is a huge rolar coaster... I want to get down 100 pounds so the doctor can see about getting me pregnant.. I think
Ok so I did my weigh in and I lost three pounds. A total of 21 pounds since the date of the surgery.. and I am starting to really see it.. for the first time in forever I went to Disneyland and bought and extra large shirt and wore it.. I am going to add it to my pictures.. I know that it is slow compared to some but I am just so excited it is coming off and so excited for the friends I have made in here.. I also just want to pray for those having a really tough time.. Lord please honor th

But then again I am very gassy.. have been since the afternoon I got back from my surgery.. they say to avoid gassy foods but I am beginning to think what is the difference.. maybe it will help me..
