Hi All...   My name is Lee. I am a newbie here on the site and find all your words and comments so helpful! My VSG is in March here in Charlotte, NC. I am sooooo excited!!   I wanted to ask you all.... if you could share just ONE tip that you WISH someone would have shared with you about the surgery or what to eat or what to expect or anything at all, what would that be??
