Protein is the word of the day today for me. I must take in 64oz of water and 60-80grams of protein. The pounds are comming off faster than I thought and I am really excited. I am so close to touching the 200's instead of the 300's it is unbelieveable. thanks for all the support. . Just to recap I had my Vertical Sleeve surgery done on Feb 14, 2013. I was Released from the hospital on Feb 16, 2013. From the surgery till I was released my weight had declined to 318.8lbs. Which is AWESOME!
Finally got a mile in at the track today. The temps outside were alot warmer than it had been and I decided to go for it. After walking a mile I came home and weighed in and I had lost another pound. so I was very proud of myself for that. tonights for dinner I decided to focus on protein and so I had Tuna with green beans. I hope it is warm outside tomorrow so I can walk another mile!
Today I have tried to focus on hydration. Which really isn't a problem for me because I stay thristy. My surgery date is feb 14th and the closer it gets the more I become nervous. Currently it is very cold outside and I have not been able to get my excersize in for the last couple of days. I am hoping that with the up coming weather change I will be able to get at least a mile or mile and half in each day that it's warm. I am really thinking that I need to invest in a Treadmill.
