Post Surgery Gas

Hey everyone!   I'm 4 days post op my Gastric Sleeve. I have a question for those who have had the surgery. I know some folks deal with having gas in their stomachs afterwards. But when you swallow liquids, has anyone had to belch after every single sip of liquid? I have been having this rolling gas and bloated feeling since I/ came home from the hospital, and at first it would not even pass (just aggravate me). So did anyone else have the belching effects?
