STRESS

HELLO, HOW IS EVERYONE? WILL FOR ME I AM STRESSED ? MY OLDEST DAUGHTER IS LEAEEN WITHOUT MY LEAVING FOR KANSAS ON SATURDAY. I HAVE NEVER E BEEN WITHOUT MY CHILDERN. I AM HAPPY FOR HER AND THANK GOD THAT HE GRANTED HER WITH A SCHOLORSHIP . TO PLAY BASKETBALL FOR GARDEN COMMUNITY COLLAGE. I DID EXERCISE ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY BUT HAVE NOT DONE NOTHING BUT TRY AND GET HER READY FOR THIS LONG RIDE WE HAVE TO TAKE. I DID PICK UP SOME SWEETS (NOW THAT IS BAD) BUT I'M STILL EATING REALLY GOOD. HELLLLLP!!

1st Fill

Hello, well yesterday was my 1st fill. The fill did not hurt at all. i had to drink a cup of water before they would allow me to go home. Liquids go down really good. Yesterday i had some sugar free icecream and sugar free pudding. thats all. I don't really know what to think right now because i am on liquids for 2 days , mushie for 2 days and then i can eat solids. I did loose 8 lds since surgery. I think that is wonderful since i could't loose anything before this. No flabby skin. I have been

over Two Weeks Post - op

Hell, I am over 2 weeks post and i really feel great! My childern and I have played basketball and tennis every day. Saturday the whole family went to the court . Well i twisted my ankel. I good now little sore. I don't really have a restriction but i go for my first fill in about 2 weeks. I don't know if I am loosing but. My clothes fit different. I happy though.

POST IS A WONDERFUIL FELLING

Wow, 1 WEEK POST OP. I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD EVER HAPPEN BUT IT DID! I FEEL REALLY GOOD. IF HAVE NOT STARTED WORKING OUT. WILL START TOMORROW. I HAVE BEEN AT WORK ALL WEEK. I EVEN GOT TODAY ( R U LOOSING WEIGHT). THAT WAS GREAT. PHYSICALLY I AM BUILDING MY BREATHING BACK UP. CANT WALK AND TALK. GET SHORT WINDED. I DID PUT ON A SHIRT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO FIX MY ARMS IN BUT TODAY I JUST PUT IT ON. BEEN UP SINCE 3am CENTRAL TIME. HAD TO TAKE MY OLDEST TO THEM AIRPORT. TOURNAMENT IN LA. IF WISH

Day 4 of post-op

HELLO, EVERYONE JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MY WEEK WENT. 7/11-13/2011 . i WAS ON A TOUR OF MISSISSIPPI AND THEN WENT TO ALABAMA. HAD SURGERY ON THE 14TH. TODAY I FEEL PRETTY GOOD. A LITTLE TIRED BUT I THOUGHT THAT WOULD HAPPEN SINCE I'V BEEN SLEEP FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. TODAY I'M AT WORK. HAVE NOT FELT HUNGRY AT ALL. STILL HAVE TO THINGS TODO WHEN I GET HOME. I THINK THIS WAS A GOOD DICISON.    

One day Post Op

Start with yesterday, good sleep and walking most of the day. Its 8: 16 am and im up and dressed. Bout to go out for the morning. Slept real good. Im slept in my bed. I have a bit of soreness on my shoulder (i think that might be a touch of gas. )Throat is very sore and my stomach is sore too. I have not felt like eating. Yesterday i had a cup of water , a protein shake and a sugar free popcycle. Im going to try and get more in today. talk latter

Hello everyone, well tomorrow is it. I would say my new start. But It took alot to get here. I go in tomorrow at 9:30 . Im just getting off a 3 day trip. That kept my mind busy. Spending time with the kids. Now it's time to prepare. Paperwork, Id, insurance card. Shower with special soap in the am. Wow. Now i have to get a good night sleep. Wait on Hubby to get home. Hello, Everybody well they called me just about 1 hour ago. I am so excited ready for this. It is so funny because I started workingout last night. This morning i told my friend that I was obsessed . I Finished

Hello, I finished everything they told me to do. Phyc, blood work, stress test, 3 months of Dr. supervised visits. Now I'm waiting for the Insurance to approve me. I am so ready for this. I did not gain any weight on my last vist. I will put in place a exercise routine soon. It's just so hot in Texas. Well wish me luck.

ALL MOST TIME

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY ASK. LAST VISIT IS ON THE 20TH OF JUNE THE DAY BEFORE MY 9TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY. THEY ORDERED ME A C-PAP MACHINE DUE TO MILD SLEEP APNEA. I HOPE ALL IS WELL . I THINK I GAIN SOME OF MY 11 LBS BACK BUT IT ALL WAYS COMES AND GOES. IM READY FOR IT TO GO AND STAY GONE. WELL WILL CHECK IN ON THE 20TH BE BLESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONE MORE TO GO

Today I went and had my EKG, Phyc Eval,Breath Test, Blood work and weight. Every thing was just great. Last Weight 299 today 287 YEAAAAAAAA! I have to do my sleep study and meet with the nutritionist again. I plan on dropping another 5 to 10 lbs by 6/20/11 . Pray for me !!!! The paper work will be submitted next visit and they say 10 working days after i could get the approval.

IV'E POKED AROUND FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW. I'M LOCATED IN DALLAS TEXAS. WOULD LOVE TO FIND A WORK OUT BUDDY. AS OF LAST WEEK I'M ON MY 2ND VISIT AND A PHYC. EVAIL DOWN. MY NEXT VISIT IS ON THE 20TH. mY SECOND VISIT GAIN 6 LBS. WHEN I WENT TO MY PHYC. VISIT I LOST 6 PLUS 3 MORE. I THINK IT WAS ALL WATER WEIGHT BUT IT'S GONE. I'M EXCITED FOR ALL THAT IS GOING ON. NEXT WEEK BLOOD WORK AND I THINK I GET TO TALK WITH THE DR. MY PLANS ARE FOR JULY FOR MY WLS. WE WILL SEE. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.
