Vita Splash Drink Mix

Just wanted to let my family know that there is a AWESOME drink out made by Vita Splash its's in a purple and silver box a little larger than the Crystal Light box. The flavor is Raspberry Lemonade made it 5grams of Fiber Infusion for optimal body fuction, and yes it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cheated myself!!!

I walked by a scale and got on it, I promised myself I would wait until my post op visit March 22.   And what did I see:cool:   the scale moved from 274 (weight date of surgery) to 255 (yesterday) :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:   I dont know if I was seeing stuff or of the scale was off I got on and off the scale 3 times. And I wanted to cry and jump but my tummy wouldnt let me.:think   I was speechless I got a calculator to do the math and 255 from 274= 19lbs gone ?????? :eek: :eek:

Tuesday

I started with Praise and Worship all by myself!:clap2:   Of course work was so busy But I got caught up.:faint:   I had lunch with my new sista TammyJ hey girl!!!   breakfast-bottled water   lunch-soup :huytsao   snack-jello/water with Crystal Light   dinner-MORE SOUP with a mushy cracker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hungry:   exercise:20 mins of very fast walking:nervous   love you all thank you JESUS for YOUR everlasting LOVE for me!!!

I'M BAAACK AND BANNED!!!!!!

:biggrin1: I GOT MY BAND ON MONDAY AT 10:45AM HER NAME IS " simply beautiful":)   I WAS SO HIIIIIIGGGGGGH FROM MORPHINE IT TOOK ME 3 DAYS TO COME DOWN....I TOOK MYSELF OFF OF THE TYENOL WITH CODINE......THE SOUP SUCKED!!!! THE JELLO WAS LIKE EATING ROAST BEEF AND CHICKEN!!! :D :D   MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT THE GAS PAINS IN THE LEFT SHOULDER DIDNT COME UNTIL THE 3 DAY AND OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!I WENT THROUGH A BOX AND A HALF OF CHEWIE GAS-X IN 3 DAYS....THE GAS PAINS ARE LEAVING HARDLY

Lunch Time Says New Eating for Me

I decided after stuffing to breakfast burritos in my face at 7:30am that I cant began my new start by eating everything in sight!   I will be eating salad "STARTING TODAY AT LUNCH"everyday until Saturday March 3rd, I'm gonna start my liquid diet that day and Sunday   My surgery is Monday March 5th at 10am.....   I have to apologize to my body for stuffing because I've been thinking of "The Last Meal"....I'm sorry   Going to get protein drinks, popsicles, soups, this weekend and The Bet

Friday partied until 7:30am *I didnt know I could stay up all night like that* got 5 hours of sleepSaturday kicked it until 6:30am * I think I realized I'm to old to stay up this late*got 4 hours of sleep* went and got hair braided from 11am to 6pm 7:30 TO 9PM CHURCH BED 12:30AM UP FOR WORK 6:30AM   IN OTHER WORDS I'M   SLEEPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure whats suppose to come first the approval or the pre test for the surgery?:rolleyes   Im not as jittery as I was before, My managers know about what I want to do they are supportive! My mom does not want me to have the surgery! 1-19-07 4:35pm Gave Scott all my new member information from my new card he looked at my chart and said that he would call in the notification requirement to the insurance company. He’s letting them know that I’m ready for surgery he is also going to send in the pre determination letter and clinical information when it is requested. He said I might find out before him if I got approved or not!!! Now im waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From what i understand the approval is good for a year
